Shipping + Returns
Shipping
All of our orders will be processed within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday) from the date you placed your online order.
We will ship your order via United States Postal Service (USPS) and may take 3-5 business days depending on the delivery zone, this delivery time is not guaranteed. Please allow for extra time during peak holiday shipping seasons. Our Shipping and Handling rate is a flat fee charge of $7.95 per order. We do not ship orders outside the United States at this time.
Shipping Custom Orders
Any custom orders may take an additional 3-5 days depending on availability of the gemstones or beads in stock. All custom orders must be pre-paid before shipping, please provide contact information to arrange for your payment via email through Contact Us. After your piece is complete and payment is received, we will email you the date we ship your custom order.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is important to us at Bonnico Jewelry Designs and we hope you love every handcrafted beaded jewelry design you order. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 5 days of the shipment date for a refund. The item should be unworn and returned in its original undamaged condition. Please be sure it arrives back to us safely in the original shipping box with any original packing materials. Refunds will not be issued on previously worn or damaged items, which have been improperly handled or shipped. All returns excluding earrings are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All earrings are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
To arrange for a return, you must email us via Contact Us within the 5 days of the shipment date. We will then email you our shipping address and authorization number. You will need to include this authorization number on the copy of your invoice. No items will be accepted as returns without notification to Bonnico Jewelry Designs first. We will not authorize a return beyond the 7 days indicated above. We recommend you also insure your return, as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
When your returned item arrives, we will verify the condition and issue a credit to the credit card used for your online purchase. This credit will appear on your credit card billing statement. All Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
